The Information Professionals training programme focusing on the challenges of information work within HE careers. It's relevant to roles dealing with digital information, careers resources, social media, student enquiries, and/ or front desk work.
The programme is recommended for everyone who's new to this area of work but we hope that others with more experience will join us as well.
The four webinars will cover important aspects of information work and at the workshop you’ll have a chance to discuss what you've learnt, voice your questions, and share your experiences.
The webinars are avaialbe for purchase seperately but if you would like to attend the workshop only as the package as we would like you to listen to all 4 webinars. Use the time between the webinars and the workshop to reflect on what you’ve learnt and bring your thoughts to the workshop.
