We're setting up a core working group who will go through a process (led and held primarily by the Democratic Society) to explore this work in more detail.

Meetings will be roughly monthly, and one of the first tasks of the group will be to decide whether the group members get reimbursed for their time. The group will also be creating a timeline for the rest of the year, including opportunities for those outside the core group to get involved.

It will enable greater local ownership of York MCN, create clarity and sustainability of York MCN for the future based on what is needed. It should also give everyone the chance to question, break through invisible boundaries, and think completely outside the box.
