Initiating the conversation on the idea of a Contemporary Art Society Zaria

This event is a series of teleconference calls to discuss modalities for unifying the vision for a sustainable professional artists society within the aims, objectives and constitutional provisions of the Zaria Art School Alumni Association. The outcomes of these conversation may lead to one or more of the following: 1. Rebrand Zaria Art School to Contemporay Art Society Zaria which will include adoption of and adaptation to the constitution of the former; 2. Initiate an independent art movement open to but governed by its own rules as adopted by consensus through a consultative process of its founding members; 3. Change nothing, dispel completely with the idea of a professional society pursuing educational, social, cultural and political objectives
