We'll be giving you the most up to date, evidence based information on injury prevention and performance!

About this Event

Join in-house Osteopath Chris Kitson for this brand new workshop where we'll be taking you through the current evidence base for injury prevention and performance for running. This event is suitable for runners at any level.

He'll be covering what you need to do to help reduce the risk of getting injured across 2019 and your years of training ahead. The workshop will be part presentation, and part practical as you'll have the opportunity to try out some of the tests and suggestions made during the workshop.

He'll be covering topics such as:

  • Does stretching really help your running?
  • What key elements do we need for efficient running?
  • How to minimise the chance of injury re-occurrence
  • Key screens to assess for injury risk
  • And MUCH more!!

If you feel that every time you start to get anywhere with your running, you get struck by injury and/or if you're stuck in the dreaded plateau with your running times then this workshop is for you!
