This in-person event is designed to help you navigate the path from self-doubt to self-assurance. Through strength and weightlifting with Happi Lifts you'll discover how to cultivate a positive inner voice that champions your strengths and abilities. With Joy Wellbeing you can expect mindful movement, guided meditation, breathwork and journalling to help practice self-kindness through physical movement and mindful reflection and explore how strength and softness coexist in body and mind.
