Travel through the portals of consciousness with innerdance. Inner dance is a deep somatic movement meditation that originated in the Philippines. innerdance works with brainwaves to create a deep trance state in which visions and dreams are common. The powerful energy experienced can result in spontaneous body movements, laughter, tears, anger, or joy. You may move or may be completely still and at peace. Everything is welcome and perfect in innerdance. This is NOT a choreographed dance class. There are no instructions although there will be guidance to help you experience this at its deepest level.
This is a chance to work with two of the UKs most experienced facilitators in the beautiful surroundings of Avebury. Two carefully curated playlists will take you on a journey that stirs emotion, releases trauma and awakens healing energies in the body. The music supported by touch and vocal cues from the facilitators opens up access to different levels of consciousness.
Kerry trained in innerdance in 2015 and has been leading sessions and supporting training across the UK. She is a trained sound therapist, yoga teacher, coach and reiki healer. She has been described as holding a very safe space. Feedback from a recent session “I came closer to god than I ever have before”
Shanni is an artist and innerdance facilitator who trained five years ago and has facilitated many times. She facilitates with clear integrity.
