Join the InnerGood Place Running Club with British Triathlon Coach and Personal Trainer, Soraya Merrylees, for 10 weeks at just £20.

Workout in a small group that meets every Wednesday lunchtime, get expert advice and your body feeling great.

The Running Club will journey through the leafy surroundings of Regent's Park for intervals and technique training - a perfect opportunity to get yourself out of the office with others runners and enjoy the fresh air.

Soraya says: "It’s a running club but it’s not just about running. We’ll be doing intervals and running in loops so it doesn’t matter what your ability is and you won’t be hindered if you’re slow. It’s open to all abilities and you really don’t have to be a runner to join."

Your £20 fee goes straight into Regent’s Place Community Fund so you also do your bit for a local project.

Spaces are limited, sign up early to avoid disappointment.

The fitness programme will run on Wednesday's at 12.15-1pm, starting on Wednesday 27th February until 15th May, with a two-week break at Easter (10th and 17th April).
