As part of our InnerGood Place Mind & Body Event on Wednesday 20th February, we're hosting a free morning yoga class with Anna Henrika.
Join us at sunrise and prepare for the day ahead with a fast-flowing calm and control session focusing on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Expect sweat, static holds, playful flows, all set to uplifting music.
Early morning yoga is proven to increase concentration and focus throughout the day, as well as relieving stress and fatigue; a perfect start to a mid-winter Wednesday.
Open to all levels.
