As part of our InnerGood Place Mind & Body Event on Wednesday 20th February, enjoy a free 30-minute lunchtime taster of our Running Club with Soraya Merrylees.

Soraya will also be talking about running and all the benefits it has: "There are so many mental wellbeing benefits – running makes you happier, improves memory, concentration and sleep, and helps reduce stress. It also increases your self-confidence, helps clear your mind and it’s easy! All you need is a pair of trainers, shorts and a top!"

If you'd like to join the 10-week InnerGood Place Running Club, you can sign up on the day or online for just £20. Your fee goes straight into the Regent’s Place Community Fund so you also do your bit for charity.

You can workout in a small group, get expert advice and get your body feeling great.

Soraya says: "It’s a running club but it’s not just about running. We’ll be doing intervals and running in loops so it doesn’t matter what your ability is and you won’t be hindered if you’re slow. It’s open to all abilities and you really don’t have to be a runner to join."

The fitness programme will run on Wednesdays at 12.15-1pm, starting on Wednesday 27th February.
