In "Innovate, Dirsupt and Destroy", Bridgwater and Taunton Business Networking Group will explode the myth that doing what you have always done is the safest option. It considers how new ideas and innovation are critical to continued business success and how this can be done successfully.

Andrew Davies is the co-founder of Idio, a marketing technology company based in London and NYC, with clients including JP Morgan, AllianceBerstein and Unicef. The company has broken through sharp end innovation, providing global organisations with the insights to treat their clients better. South West boy Andrew helped build idio through the phases of startup, product development, scrapping for deals, boot-strapping, funding, and scaling. Prior to idio, he co-founded thrudigital, a social-media development agency based in London, which served clients such as Universal Studios, No. 10 Downing Street, and Sky.

Jonathan Melhuish-Sprague is a serial entrepreneur on a mission to change the way in which technology startups are incubated and accelerated. In founding Koncept he has created a platform to test and develop early stage technology companies, linking them with expertise and investment.

This event will be facilitated by Chris Lorimer, Director of South West Growth Service, a management consultancy that supports SW companies to grow rapidly.
