Join us for the annual London Libraries conference for a day of learning, networking, and fun with fellow library professionals, presented this year at the City of London's Guildhall.

This year we’ll be highlighting the innovation and creativity of London’s public libraries and the impact they are having on their communities.

This event is designed for staff in London’s public libraries, including senior library leaders, librarians, development officers, digital teams, partners, and those working with public libraries. Join us for a day of learning, networking, collaboration and inspiration!

The program will feature radical thinkers, thought-provoking speakers and workshops showcasing best practices and innovative work from London’s library teams and partners

London Libraries are entitled to two tickets per service free of charge. After this, please purchase the London Library Members tickets.

What is London Libraries?

London Libraries is the London region of Libraries Connected and includes all 32 boroughs and the City of London. We work collaboratively to promote London’s public library network and deliver regional campaigns and events. To learn more, follow our social media channels or visit ldnlibraries.org

Is my authority part of the London Libraries group?

London Libraries members are anyone working in a public library service in a London borough. A full list of boroughs can be viewed by visiting this link: londoncouncils.gov.uk/london-directory

Is there a charge for attending the conference?

London Libraries Member authorities will get 2 free spaces and any additional places can be paid for at £30 per head. Non-members will be charged £60 per place. Eventbrite processing fees will be applied at checkout.

How do I get to the venue?

The conference will be held in the Livery Hall and crypts of City of London's Guildhall. Please use the Basinghall Street Entrance, where security will perform a bag scan. London Libraries staff will be on hand to welcome and sign you in.

Is the venue accessible?

The main entrance on Basinghall Street is step-free, and the Livery Hall and crypts are accessible by lift access once inside the Guildhall.
