This workshop is designed to give an overview of how to understand your brand and the way you communicate with customers. We will focus on how to identify your target market, how to get inside the mind of your customer and how to create a brand that has value.

Attendees will also learn about how Innovate UK’s EDGE team could support innovative SME’s on their business journey.

This event is open to anyone from an SME that would like to attend and is part of the BCU Innovation Fest programme.

The EDGE programme offers bespoke business support tailored to help you achieve your goals and grow your business. We offer 1:1 support around things such as access to finance and funding, growth, marketing, IP, internationalisation as well as general support advice. As well as a full business support programme we also have access to various projects and grants such as our Global Innovation Programmes and IP Audit grants, all provided in the context of 1:1 support.
