Event description

Description

The legal sector is going through a period of significant change. If AI challenges the legal market and business models have to change, what will you do?

How can you learn to think differently and harness the creativity of your teams?

Learn more about what makes an innovative team and how to make your firm more innovative for competitive edge.

  • How can *you* think more innovatively?
  • How can you encourage your team to be more innovative?
  • How can you build teams that make the most of those who are naturally innovative and those who are naturally practical and can deliver new projects?

We will be looking at these issues as they relate to law firms in particular (but all professional services are welcome) and taking you through some exercises to learn more about your natural thinking styles and how to make the most of them at work for the benefit of your business.

This event will suit leaders, lawyers and support staff (particularly knowledge and learning professionals).
