Innovation, Improvement and Impact Conference and Awards
The Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (AHSN) is holding its Innovation, Improvement and Impact conference on Wednesday January 25 2017 at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.
For the first time, the conference will also include an awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of the region’s health economy and life sciences sector.
The day-long event provides an opportunity for healthcare professionals and industry colleagues to learn more about the work of the Yorkshire & Humber AHSN and the benefits it is delivering both locally and nationally.
The Innovation, Improvement and Impact Conference will feature keynote speeches from service leaders on the themes of Today’s Challenges and Tomorrow’s Opportunities, Embracing Change within the health sector, and the Innovation Pipeline that is developing the solutions for future best and routine clinical practice.
There will be a series of presentations detailing examples of key projects in action and impact.
Delegates will be invited to visit our Ready Now Innovation Expo featuring innovators who have developed solutions that can support the challenges of delivering sustainability and transformation.
Richard Stubbs, the AHSN’s interim Managing Director, said: “I am looking forward to welcoming our members to the Innovation Improvement Impact Conference and celebrating our joint achievements.
“The conference will provide us with a great opportunity to continue to work together to address the challenges that are facing the NHS at this time.”
