While the big insurance composites like Aviva, Allianz and AXA and reinsurers such as Munich Re are stealing all the innovation headlines, there is also a lot going on in the London Market.

The range of activities goes from small experimental proof of concepts at one end through the use of formal technology partnerships, labs, joining accelerators and incubators, right through to setting up investment and venture funds.

Come and hear what Hiscox, XL Catlin, MS Amlin, Locktons, Beazley and the Corporation of Lloyd’s among others are doing to improve their understanding of InsurTech, engage with and encourage the innovators, and generally drive innovation in their own businesses.

The event will begin at 6pm, with drinks from 5:30pm.

We are delighted to be hosting this event on behalf of the London Market TOM Innovation Exchange. This means there will be no cost for attending this event for anyone working for Lloyds, a reinsurer, insurer, broker or MGA. Furthermore, we are delighted to be able to continue to offer free tickets to anyone who has crossed over to the other side to be part of a start-up. Sponsors also get in for free, as do the hard-working friends of Instech London who continue to help the community (you know who you are!).

If you are confident you fall into any of these categories, please sign up for the free ticket, but be sure to include your company name and sign up with your work email address. If you don't fall into these categories, then you will now need to pay to attend. Free food and drink was never going to last for ever and we are still seeing too high a drop out rate.
