With over 20 years’ experience in large scale programme and transformation delivery, Craig has worked at all levels across project development, implementation, PMO, assurance and programme director roles. He clearly understands the challenges faced in delivering change, but also knows how wasteful project management practices can be.

Craig believes that change is complex, but delivering it doesn’t have to be. He started Sharktower to make change delivery more data driven, where business can make better decisions by learning from mistakes, and use data and time more effectively by aligning with business outcomes.
