Event description

Description

It is 50 years since INSEAD became one of the first business schools in the world to admit women to its MBA programme when it welcomed Hélène Ploix MBA’68 and Solange Perret MBA’68 to the Fontainebleau campus.

Since then, generations of INSEAD alumnae have passed through the school and gone on to leadership roles in organisations across the world. There are many stories to celebrate.

Despite these successes, the road to leadership remains challenging for women. This INSEAD panel webinar brings together distinguished alumnae leaders from around the world to consider their journey to the top and how they address issues of gender balance in their own organisations.
