Welcome to the InsideOut Well-being Series, a series of mental fitness events aimed at shining the light on different mental health topics.

About this event

Being leaders is tough enough, but how can we make sure we take care of ourselves as leaders? How can we make sure we lead by example and not burn out under all the pressure of responsibility?

Learning to take care for our mental and physical well-being has never been so important. If you're finding the general state of the world is difficult to cope with, don't worry you are not alone.

Join one of our mental wellbeing experts, career coach Melda Ekmen, for a session on the importance of leadership wellbeing. Melda will share insights on how to deal with common stresses and challenges leaders face and how to take care of yourself through it all. There will be a Q&A at the end where you can ask Melda directly what would be most helpful for you.

  • Location: Zoom
  • What to expect: 30-45 minute interview with InsideOut's career coach Melda Ekman, followed by a 15 minute Q&A. Melda will share her thoughts and tips on how to foster wellbeing and strong leadership.
