Welcome to the InsideOut Wellbeing Series, a series of mental fitness events aimed at shining the light on different mental health topics.

About this event

Join one of our top mental health practitioners, Julio Cervantes, for a session on men's mental health. There will be a Q&A at the end where you can ask Julio directly what would be most helpful for you.

  • What to expect: 30-45 minute presentation from InsideOut's counsellor Julio Cervantes, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.
  • About Julio: Julio is a specialised counsellor with over 10 years international experience supporting clients improve their wellbeing. Julio is passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families overcome what keeps them from thriving in life. Julio's work focuses on highlighting clients' strengths and skills, through psychological insight.
