InsideOut Well-being Series: Relationships during Covid-19

About this Event
On the first Thursday of every month you're invited to join InsideOut and our team of mental health experts for live panel discussions, Q&A sessions and fireside chats. Each month we'll focus on a different topic. We'll chat all things mental fitness and wellbeing related and open the floor for group discussions and to take any questions that you may have. Topics will include for example, but are not limited to:
- how to cope with social anxiety
- how to build resilience
- dealing with loneliness
- wellbeing and remote working
- sleep hygiene
- self-care
DECEMBER'S SESSION DETAILS:
- Date/Time: Thursday 3rd of December, 12pm - 1pm GMT
- Location: Zoom
- Topic: Managing relationships during Covid-19
- What to expect: 30-45 minute fireside chat with InsideOut's expert Therapist Edu Hardy, followed by a 15 minute Q&A. Edu will share her thoughts and tips on how to manage relationships during these tough, unprecedented times that we find ourselves in.
