Event description
Welcome to the InsideOut Wellbeing Series, a series of mental fitness events aimed at shining the light on different mental health topics.

About this event

What is the Body Mind Connection and what is the science behind it? How can it benefit you on a daily basis and how on earth do we obtain it? What happens if we choose to ignore it? I will share some tips to improve your mental health by paying attention to your body and we will do a few somatic activities that you can learn and start doing on your own.

Who is this for?

Do you tend to ignore and bottle up your emotions?

Do you have chronic pain, do you suffer from chronic stress? Do you or someone you know who is in constant pain…?

This might open your mind to a new way of looking at pain or your mental health.

If you feel drained, have low energy, often feel anxious or depressed, please join our discussion and find out how looking after your physical health can benefit your mental health.

Join one of our top Transformational Life Coaches, Carole Douillot, for a session on the body and mind connection in mental health. There will be a Q&A at the end where you can ask Carole any related questions you might have.
