Welcome to the InsideOut Wellbeing Series, a series of mental fitness events aimed at shining the light on different mental health topics.

About this event

Join our Chief Therapist, Dr Becky Lunson Southall, for a session on 'complicated grief', how to manage it, and how to support those going through it.

There will be a Q&A at the end where you can ask Becky any related questions you might have.

  • What to expect: 30-45 minute session with InsideOut's Chief Therapist, Dr Becky Lunson Southall, followed by a 15 minute Q&A.
  • About Dr Becky Lunson Southall: Becky is a Specialist Psychological Therapist who has 15 years of experience working in the therapy field as an expert clinician, supervisor, lecturer, and published author. As InsideOut’s Chief Therapist, Becky’s role includes recruiting and looking after our Mental Wellbeing Experts, making sure our platform contains the most robust evidence-based content, and ensuring our clinical governance processes put clients’ goals, needs and safety at the forefront of our service.
