Join us at Aegon’s first financial wellbeing week - Insight into financial wellbeing and engaging your workforce
About this event
For Employers only.
Presenters: Tom Mathar from Aegon’s Centre for Behavioural Research and Tracey Clifton, Aegon’s Head of Communications.
Following the launch of our latest research index we’ll be sharing real insights as Dr Tom Mathar talks about the impact of the cost-of-living crisis when discussing the things that matter. Tracey Clifton will then take you through the tools and information available. They’ll show you how you can navigate the content and create, or enhance your current financial wellbeing strategy to help support your employees. With time for questions too.
We carried out extensive research with more than 10,000 people in the UK to find out what influences financial behaviour. This developed our Financial Wellbeing Index, highlighting financial wellbeing is about more than just people’s financial position – it’s also about their mindset and paying attention to the things that matter most to them. To be financially healthy over time, a balance needs to be found between financial ‘money’ aspects of wellbeing and ‘mindset’ cognitive and behavioural aspects of wellbeing. Financial wellbeing is embedded within our strategy, our proposition and communications. It’s more than just people’s financial position, it’s also the emotion and outcome we want to connect with our services, support and the journey with us. Our ambition is to collaborate with you and supply the content and practical tools for you to use with employees to improve their financial wellbeing.
