About this event
We often think of reflection as something we do at the end of the year, a quick pause before moving into the next. But the truth is, the most valuable insights come when reflection is part of our work all year round. With just a few months left before the end of the year, now is the perfect moment to pause, take stock, and set in motion the habits that will guide you forward.
As social entrepreneurs, it is easy to get caught in the rush of deadlines, projects and urgent demands. Yet speed alone does not guarantee progress. Direction is more important than speed, and without regular moments to step back, it can be hard to see if our energy and effort are truly aligned with the impact we want to make.
A reflective practice is a way of creating that space. It allows you to notice what fuels you and what drains you, to learn from your experiences, and to see more clearly how your work is landing with the people and communities you serve. It can be personal or shared with your team, helping you learn together, make better decisions, and sustain the energy needed for meaningful change.
In this workshop, we will explore how to design a reflective practice that supports both individual awareness and team learning. You will discover simple, adaptable frameworks to review what has worked, what could change, and where your focus is best placed. You will leave with a practical structure you can use year-round to maintain clarity, improve collaboration, and keep your work connected to the purpose that drives you.
