Join us for a 1-hour online session to reflect on what we’ve learned and help shape what comes next.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded the Greater Manchester peer support network beyond the personalised care workforce to those in social care working with multiple disadvantages, housing, etc. During this proof of concept phase, we gathered insight on what worked and have generated a final report for NHS GM and GMCA — and we want your input before it’s submitted.
This session will include:
- A summary of feedback and insights gathered during the proof-of-concept phase
- Key themes emerging across roles and localities
- Examples of what’s worked, what’s been challenging, and how peer support has made a difference
- What effective partnership working could look like in practice
- The support you say is needed to make this work long-term
Your voice matters. This is your opportunity to sense-check our findings, influence final recommendations, and continue shaping the future of the network.
