Dealing with Different Personalities: Understanding Jung’s 3 Dimensions of Personality with Deborah Liles
How do we see ourselves? And how do others perceive us?
How can I adapt my style in order to build better relationships?
This session will help raise your self-awareness and awareness of others. It will help you highlight what your natural preferences are. This awareness will increase your effectiveness at work through better teamwork, communication, influence, problem solving and mutual understanding.
You will be introduced to Jung’s 3 dimensions of personality. We will explore these through a series of exercises, and discuss how these show up both in and out of the workplace.
Deborah Liles runs her own Coaching and Development consultancy and has over 20 years' experience of working with organizations, engaging with their people to create the environment for them to deliver as high performing individuals and teams.
Debbie has an energetic & pragmatic style, and believes that the inner game holds the key to the outer game of life, and that better performance comes from helping the individual increase their level of choice through an enhanced awareness of the critical variables at play.
What you’ll get from this session:
- Through a series of interactive exercises, an indicator of your own personality preferences
- A recognition and appreciation of differences, which can help reduce conflict and enable change
- A greater understanding of your own operating style and how this may affect performance at work
- A clearer idea of how you can adjust your behaviour in order to have better relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
