Back by popular demand, James Healey is kindly hosting his fantastic Inspire Coaching Breakfast on Gravitas again!
Gravitas, Presence, Confidence - whichever way you choose to cut it the skill of connecting powerfully with other human beings is vital, even more so in a digital age.
Some people do it naturally and make it look easy.
Some people don't.
And many of us fall somewhere inbetween.
Whichever camp you fall into, this session will either offer some new thinking regarding your personal presence or highlight that which you're already doing well (and make it easier to sustain as a result).
We'll unpick and explore the fundamentals of communication from a physiological, emotional, psychological and theatrical perspective.
What are the people who communicate with gravitas really doing and why?
And what do they do to overcome anxiety, nerves, self-doubt and come out of the other side delivering with grace and skill?
Of course, communication and the attainment of gravitas is an art, not a science. So you may not leave this session with the immediate 'answer'; but you'll certainly get a clearer idea about what it means to communicate with confidence and poise in both your personal & professional life.
Breakfast will be available from 8:15am, please arrive promptly for an 8:30am start.
