Stephanie is one of the most experienced Para-Swimmers on the British team having won a total of ten Paralympic medals including two golds.
Stephanie had a packed competition schedule in Rio 2016 with seven events where she medalled in five of them, including taking gold in the S8 100m backstroke and the women’s 4x100m medley relay. Stephanie also won a bronze in the S8 100m freestyle and S8 400m Freestyle, and a silver in the SM8 200m individual medley.
This followed her performance at the London 2012 Paralympics where she was on the podium five times. Stephanie also won a trio of medals, one of each colour, at the IPC European Championships as part of her preparation for Rio.
Hannah is a member of British Canoeing Sprint Podium Performance Squad and was aiming for 2016 Rio selection. Unfortunately a dislocated shoulder cut short Hannah’s season. But not before she became 2016 World Champion in the Wild Water Racing K1 woman sprint.
Para badminton player Dan is a member of the elite England Tokyo 2020 squad. He is the British number one and world number two in singles. As reigning 2014 European champion, Dan retained his title in Oct 2016 in the SL3 men’s singles and won a bronze in the SL3/4 men’s doubles.
Edward is a member of the British Bobsleigh Youth Squad.. He is currently ranked world number 3 for his age. In the upcoming year he is focused on gaining selection for and medaling at the youth Olympics with a long-term aim of competing in the 2022 winter Olympics.
