Inspire Maths School Improvement: Progression in Calculation and Number in KS2
This one day course is for KS2 Primary school teachers and educators who want to consolidate and deepen their understanding of the progression in number and calculation and deepen their knowledge in pedagogy.
Join us for this inspiring and interactive session where we will investigate mathematical concepts that our children need to understand from year 3 to year 6, including place value, inverse relationships, making connections, factors and multiples. We will focus on both the teaching and learning of mathematics, the development of deep conceptual understanding, fluency and procedural and conceptual understanding in the four rules. You will be fully involved where you will have plenty of opportunities to challenge your own thinking and enjoy exploring these areas in depth.
