How can you use writing to grab more of life’s ‘wonder and awe’? Come and join us as we delve into ways writing can help you slow down, deepen your awareness and let your imagination run free. This three hour workshop explores the rich terrain where writing connects with our well-being, and provides you with tools to support your ongoing emotional and mental well-being.

Suitable for those with no experience or those who’ve been writing forever.

The workshop is run by Christina Sanders, a writer and experienced facilitator. Christina has worked with Creativity Works delivering writing and health and resilience courses since 2019. She is a short story writer, has contributed to national anthologies, (Fish, Bath, Brighton) and won the Aesthetica Short Story Award. She has lead several community arts and writing and wellbeing projects, including Write The Map, Women & War, and Hastings Speaks.
