About this event

The Indonesia Scotland Partnerships for Impactful Research and Education (InSPIRE) Network is a collaborative initiative that brings together higher education institutions from Indonesia and Scotland to foster impactful research, educational development, and knowledge exchange.

Following the success of its first workshop held on 17th June 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia, the InSPIRE Network will convene its second workshop on 31st October 2025 in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, building on shared goals to strengthen bilateral academic collaboration.

This event will bring together academics and researchers to deepen engagement and explore strategies for achieving research excellence, securing funding, and maximising real-world research impact.InSPIRE is led by Edinburgh Napier University (United Kingdom) and BINUS University (Indonesia), and is supported by the British Council’s Going Global Partnerships TNE Exploration grant.
