This is a free event for businesses based across the Peak District & Derbyshire.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Inspired by the Peak District (IPD) Starter Pack and Toolkit that has been created to support IPD Ambassadors who are new to using the IPD logo and current users of the logo who wish to maximise their marketing edge and association with this recognisable place marketing logo and their 'Inspired by' products and services of the Peak District and Derbyshire.

We invite you to join us to be the first IPD Ambassadors to receive the Inspired by the Peak District (IPD) Starter Pack and Toolkit.

Business Peak District Chairman and Thornbridge Brewery owner Jim Harrison will open the event at Thornbridge Hall to talk about how being part of the 'Inspired by the Peak District' brand initiative can offer an opportunity to develop a marketing edge by association with the iconic Peak District brand that can boost the profile and competitiveness of businesses in the area.

Si Homfray, from Hammer Design who created the IPD toolkit will talk us through the Toolkit, providing advice and tips on how to use the branding guidelines and encouraging business to share creative ideas of where and how they use the logo.

Sharon Lomas from Lomas and Lomas will be sharing her passion for the Peak District and how they use the IPD Logo.

We’ll hear from other businesses that have successfully used the 'Inspired by the Peak District' branding to promote their products and services.

An excellent opportunity to network and learn more about how to use ‘Inspired by the Peak District’ brand.

To finish, a networking session with a hot supper and Jim offering beer tasting of his popular Thornbridge Ales.

This event is free to attend for businesses based in and around the Peak District and Derbyshire and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund through our ‘Growing and Developing the Visitor Economy within Derbyshire’ project. Places are limited to 2 per business.

Attendance will require you to compete an SME eligibility application form prior to attendance. By booking on to the workshop you are agreeing to attend, should you be unable to attend, failure to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the workshop will result in us invoicing you for £250 + VAT per person; the commercial cost of the session.
