With £254Bn GVA to the UK economy and 17% led by women, Be the Business recently commissioned some research on the 248,000 small businesses led by Ethic Minority entrepreneurs and leaders and the challenges they face. It has given us a huge insight into the barriers they face, the market environment they operate in, where there is a lack of role models. In this session, we will share our insights and explore how mentoring can unlock the potential of so many of these amazing businesses and how we can all learn from them.
