Morning session - Personal Power & Confidence
To be who we are, all in, gives us the ability to be self-assured, committed and motivated to act. This quality is often described as confidence. When we are confident, the sense of pride in who we are and what we can do really shines through. This session gives you an introduction to becoming a stronger, more confident you!

Afternoon session - Mindset & Energy
When things constantly change around us we need to find ways to preserve a positive mindset and protect our energy. The afternoon sessions will give you ways to achieve this. There are often situations which we can’t control, but our reactions are completely up to us! If you find that you feel like a victim of circumstance you will gain loads from this session.
You will learn
* Strategies to flip your mindset and get into state
* Ways in which you can respond rather than react
* Methods to explore, maintain and protect your personal energy
* Techniques to find your ownership and self motivation
