About this event

Join us in Toronto for a lively panel discussion on the topic of "Inspiring Change: Attracting Women into Construction" hosted by CIOB Chief Executive Caroline Gumble.

During the event, our panel of inspiring industry professionals and CIOB members will look at issues relating to gender equality such as what men can do as allies to help, how we ensure other characteristics such as race and disability aren’t overlooked and whether addressing the issue should predominantly fall on those who are disadvantaged by it.

The panel will also talk about barriers they have faced and how they overcame them and what they would like to say to women thinking about a career in the built environment.

There will be the opportunity to network and a sandwich lunch is included.
