Event description

Description

Five successful entrepreneurs share the stories behind their brilliant food and drink brands.

Brilliant Brands is the latest 'Inspiring Entrepreneurs' event, where our Liverpool audience links up to a live panel discussion held at the British Library in London, featuring some of the country's top entrepreneurs. Their interactive discussion will focus on the importance of a strong brand, how to develop and maintain this and the difference that this has made to their business success. The British Library panel is:

  • Logan Plant (founder of Beavertown Brewery)
  • Anjum Anand (founder of The Spice Tailor)
  • Gem Misa (co-founder of Cauli Rice)
  • Ryan Kohn (co-founder of Propercorn)

But that's not all! We're delighted to welcome Nisha Katona, founder of Mowgli Street Food to Liverpool Central Library for conversation about her own brilliant brand. Nisha is also a food writer featured in a number of publications including the Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Times and The Independent. Her YouTube cooking channel has an international following. She is the author of the books 'Pimp my rice' and 'The spice tree'.

Programme for the evening will be:

  • 6.00pm - 6.15pm Registration
  • 6.15pm - 6.45pm Conversation with Special Guest - Nisha Katona, Mowgli Street Food
  • 7.00pm - 8.45pm Brilliant Brands - live panel discussion, streamed from the British Library
