Inspiring Future Leaders - Diversity and Inclusion in Education |Conference
Event Information
About this Event
After the unprecedented year we have had, we are dedicating this conference to the amazingly resilient leaders within education. We want to applaud our current leaders for the incredible jobs they have been doing while also sharing how they are inspiring their successors.
Not only have we seen a wonderful amount of leaders taking their rightful place in the spotlight, we have seen an incredible increase in the diversity within leadership roles. As much as diversity and inclusion have recently taken an important place in education, it is imperative that we ensure this becomes the norm. Our leaders are forerunners of this movement and it is our job to continue this.
With an abundance of wisdom and from a variety of backgrounds, our amazing speakers will offer a unique insight into leading during a pandemic as well as explain how they are promoting diversity and inclusion in education themselves. We hope this conference will inspire students, NQTs, senior teachers and everyone in between to consider their own place in leadership.
We hope this inspires you all to be 10% braver.
