Inspiring Futures Event for Young Ukrainians

This event is designed to motivate and empower young Ukrainians in Leicestershire to embrace their future with confidence. We understand that uncertainty can make it difficult to plan ahead, but success is still within reach. Through inspiring stories and engaging discussions, we will highlight real-life examples of people who have overcome challenges, made bold choices, and built fulfilling lives in the UK.

The event consists of two parts:

Inspiring Talks & Discussion (For young people aged 11-18 and their parents) - hear from individuals who have successfully navigated life in the UK, including TikTok influencer Oksana_UK_Guide, who will give advice on education, career development, and making bold choices, and our participation officer Olha Bielohlazova, who will share her own migration journey, showing how even small decisions can lead to big success.
Escape Room Activity (For young people aged 11-18 only) - a fun and interactive challenge designed to encourage teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving - mirroring the real-life journye of setting goals and overcaming obstacles.
