Myths like "When you take a customer to a landing page, don't provide them with any other navigation except for the call to action". This is completely flawed. And not actually true. And, if it is (bizarrely) true for your specific business, it most definitely isn't for thousands of others. And we'll explain why. Marketers love these kind of "cause & effect" beliefs because it feels like they have measurable, granular control. But they don't. A Marketing Master knows this... and works with it - not against it.

The "digital marketing" world is full of people measuring things and creating cause and effect justifications for irrational outcomes. Similar to someone who always sees red lorries with ladders at the scene of a fire and jumping to the conclusion that fire engines must be the cause of fires, not only is the marketing data skewed and statistically irrelevant (and sometimes not relevant at all)... but, often, the marketers are measuring the wrong thing in the first place... or neglecting to measure the whole scenario.

Which meant other people could have had those tickets and it was less enjoyable doing a webinar to fewer people than we were expecting. So... all we ask is that you pay a token £10.00... and turn up.
  2. Because what I will share with you has massive value. I absolutely know you will get thousands of pounds worth of value from it. If you choose not to pay £10.00 then maybe I have failed to communicate the value above.
