Description

This event is for NLA members only.

This event forms part of NLA’s Inspiring Women initiative, bringing together the built environment’s younger talent with more established professionals for a night of encouragement and inspiration, creating an opportunity to discuss a particular challenge or seek career advice.

NLA’s Inspiring Women programme has highlighted the need to champion and support businesses across the built environment industries to achieve greater diversity of talent, from entrants to board level. This is why NLA is hosting this special speed mentoring session, with mentors including representatives from our Inspiring Women network.

Mentees will spend 10 minutes each with up to five industry experts, gaining insight from professionals working across different sectors of the industry. Mentees are encouraged to bring any issues or challenges to discuss with their mentors; both men and women are welcome!

NLA’s Inspiring Women programme celebrates, promotes and profiles inspirational women working across the industry to inspire others and provide opportunities to meet, network and develop skills.

There are limited spaces for mentees so register now to avoid disappointment! For those who are unable to be a mentee this time, please join us for networking drinks from 18:45 with the mentors and mentees in the galleries.
