About this event

CIOB and Morgan Sindall...

Come on a site tour of this very complex building process for the Institute of Global Health Project. Join us with Morgan Sindall who will show you around the new state of the art teaching and research space within the hub of the Old Road Campus.

The Global Health Building commented on site early 2024 and is due to complete Q2 of 2026. The £32m project is in the heart of the Old Road Campus, constructed within a postage stamp of a site it has an extensive basement and complex concrete frame with elements of steelwork also included. With an impressive atrium at the centre of the building the facility will include 4,700m2 of high-quality new space, accommodation several hundred researchers and other staff across its four floors.

Come have a tour with members of the Morgan Sindall senior team to appreciate the challenges faced and to showcase the modern design being built to a Passivhaus accreditation.

Members: You gain 2 CIOB CPD points when you reflect on the ethical aspects of your learning from this activity.
