Business Briefing – Insurance - are you covered?

Registration: 08:45 | Event: 09.00 - 10.30

What are the ‘must haves’ of insurance cover and what would help you sleep better at night?  Gerry Dalton from leading charity insurance broker Keegan & Pennykid will guide you through the insurance maze.

Can you be certain that the cover you need is actually the cover you have? How do you decide what Insurance covers are appropriate for your organisation or small charity. Any insurance programme needs to reflect the risk arising from the activities undertaken and be able to respond to claims should you need it to do so.

The session will cover:

  • The range of insurances available in the market
  • Risk Assessments for Public and/or Member Events
  • Management Liability Risks
  • General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – is Cyber Insurance a solution?

This briefing is ideally suited for those with responsibility for arranging insurance cover for their organisation. Addressing the individual insurance needs of each organisation is essential. No two organisations are the same thus a one size fits all policy cannot possibly meet the needs of everyone.

Fees:

Free for Arts & Business Scotland members
£25+VAT for non-members

Includes pastries plus tea and coffee
