Collaborative partners: CCS, YPO, ESPO and NEPO would like to invite you to a customer insight day which will provide you with guidance, knowledge and support on making decisions around insurance service procurement.
We’ll be updating you on all the latest market insight around insurance and sharing best practices around procurement of insurance services. We’ll also be talking to you about Insurance Service Framework (reference RM3731), which was established in collaboration with the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and YPO, as well as involvement with other public sector organisations, ESPO and NEPO.
The session will provide you with a guidance on how to validate a claims experience prior to tender to get it as good as it can be and how to structure your tender documentation to get the best value. We’ll also use case studies and sample documentation to demonstrate the benefits of using a framework
The overall objective of the day is to make sure you’ll leave the session armed with all the practical advice and information you’ll need to run an effective and successful tender.
