About this event

This creative printmaking workshop explores delicate lines and strong tonal contrast; interpreting your line drawings using a mix of traditional Intaglio Printmaking techniques. This innovative repurposing of waste Tetrapak card makes drypoint and collagraph printmaking accessible and kitchen table friendly.

Working in the Barefoot Bindery Studio at Fisherton Mill, you will be guided through the drawing and design of your print drawing inspiration from various resources, including original prints on the walls around you. You will learn how to transfer your designs onto the printing plate, scratch and texturise the surface and apply ink to hand print your artwork in a small edition.

All workshop materials and Eventbrite booking fee are included in your ticket.Ticjets are non refundable and not transferrable. Please bring an apron or other means to protect your clothing. There are only 5 places available to ensure that you are well looked after and receive plenty of 1:1 support from your tutor.

Refreshments are available in the excellent Fisherton MIll Cafe where you can benefit from a 20% discount on lunches for workshop participants.
