Description

Integrated Care Systems, and innovative technological solutions will all have an impact upon service users and patients in the near and long term future. The conference should appeal to all those who are working in social care and health, and the related voluntary sector. Service users, carers, patients, and their organisations including Healthwatches should all find much of interest and will make a great contribution too.
