The Professional Record Standards Body (PRSB) are conducting a scoping review to identify the types of information that need to be recorded by integrated urgent care services and communicated along the patient journey in a usable form. The aim is to standardise the information collected by integrated urgent care services to support person-centred integrated care and the delivery of care in a more resource effective way.
The purpose of the workshop is for patients, health and care professionals and industry to contribute to the proposed IUC information requirements.

The RCP led development of clinical documentation and generic record standards (CDGRS), which provide standards for the clinical structure and content of patient records. They were endorsed by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, published in July 2013 and adopted by the PRSB. In 2015/2016 the HIU has supported the PRSB to develop information models to support transfers of care communications
