Intel commitment
At Intel, they look for ways to apply their technology to address global challenges while serving as a role model for how companies should operate. Intel expects all suppliers to be strong partners that help build successful solutions while understanding their goals and commitments to a responsible supply chain. Working with diverse-owned suppliers generates greater innovation and value within the Intel global supply chain. Intel seek to generate more inclusive sourcing, as demonstrated by their goal to increase their annual diverse spending to $1 billion annually by 2020.

Global Commitment to Women
In 2017, Intel made a commitment to spend $100 million with women-owned businesses around the world by 2020. They reached their goal more than a year ahead of schedule, and in December 2018, doubled their commitment at the Global Citizen Festival to spend $200 million with women-owned businesses by 2020 globally. This goal is an important element of the Intel 2020 supplier diversity objectives.

Inclusion of diverse-owned suppliers is built into their operations, and outlined in the Intel Supplier Diversity Policy.
