Description

The INTENSITY™ Clinics are designed for all ages and use our innovative workout conditioning method as well as specific drills to clean up, push your athletes to the best of their abilities, develop their motor skills, power, speed and endurance, which will maximise what their body is capable of.

Whereas the INTENSITY™ Home Series DVDs are a great addition to an athlete's training regime, nothing can beat attending one of our supercharged clinics which will show, teach and put into practice all of the sports science knowledge of the INTENSITY™ program and deliver immediate results within just a few hours.

The INTENSITY™ Clinic Schedule

From 12:00pm - 3:00pm

  •     How you can have fun with conditioning
  •     Conditioning drills to you improve jump, stunt, dance and tumbling skills
  •     Tips to make you faster, better and stronger
  •     Basic principles of sport performance applied to cheerleading to help you make the most of your skills
  •     How to improve your stamina for the performance of 2.5min full out cheer routines
  •     Technique drills for jumping, tumbling, dance and stunting
  •     How to improve your stability & flexibility
  •     How to be less prone to injuries
  •     Drill motions, jumps and skills to perfect your technique
  •     Formation and transition tricks to max out the scoresheet

Coach Seminar: Training Athlete Endurance for Full-out Routines

From 3:30pm-5:00pm

  •     Why your team can perfectly execute skills in isolation but fail to hit them in a fullout
  •     Understand the balance of aerobic VS anaerobic respiration used in a cheer routine and how this effects your athlete's performance in a full-out routine
  •     How to train individual skills through progressive overload to replicate full-out conditions
  •     How to train your athletes can train to increase Oxygen capacity
  •     How to reduce loss of stamina an power when training fullouts
