What do I need to bring?

Just a blanket! We provide mats and cushions - although you may bring your own items if that is more comfortable for you.

Can I attend if I have never meditated before?

Absolutely! Our session is designed for people of all experience levels. The guided meditation and vibrations will carry you into the meditative state.

Can I attend if I am pregnant/have a medical condition?

We have had many pregnant attendees in the past. Most people can safely enjoy a gong bath, though certain medical conditions may affect participation - such as epilepsy (due to sensory stimulation). While we can give advice, please consult your healthcare provider prior to attending our class.
