With one 75 minute connecting point every half-term, Intentional Inclusion Insights 2025-26 enables Leaders in Education to consider what inclusion really means and looks like.

During the Insight sessions, Dr Anita Devi will cover

Defintions - inclusion is a complex construct and variations can occur in theory, policy and practice. In this session, Anita invites participants to consider different perspectives for implementation.

Design - defining a vision is only the beginning. What comes next is a strategic process for shifting culture. This involves activating a clear Theory of Change, not just planning a few sequential or simultaneous actions. Let Anita walk you through defining your process.

Drive - strategy only works, if others follow. Therefore motivating others and understanding the drivers to motivate others becomes vital.

The three Managing tension sessions focus on the 3Rs: Reflect, Restore and Reevaluate led by Jenny Bowers. They address ground level matters and the impact this has on individuals.

With flexible attendance built-in by design, this suits those new to post or the more experienced.
